Cogir is pleased to announce that it has been given a new management mandate in Blainville. The Manoir Fontainebleau, a 123-unit senior citizen residence is now a part of the great Cogir retirement home family.<\/h4>\n

Last Friday, Cogir Real Estate received this management mandate from owner Matthieu Tremblay.\u00a0Located in the heart of Blainville\u2019s Fontainebleau District, this retirement home is close to a wide range of services. Led by General Manager Johanne Gravel, there are more than 30 new colleagues currently working in the residence who are joining the Cogir family.<\/p>\n

Cogir Real Estate already operates some retirement homes in Montreal\u2019s northern suburbs, notably in Saint-J\u00e9r\u00f4me, Saint-Eustache and Bois-des-Filions. The addition of Manoir Fontainebleau provides greater service choices to the area\u2019s seniors seeking to live their retirement in a residence managed by Cogir. Its location, midway between an urban and a natural setting, makes it a desirable residence for active retirees.<\/p>\n
