In both cases, there are significantly large residential neighbourhoods nearby, making these sites attractive for local shops and services.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Giampaolo Investments, the new owner of many industrial properties in Saint-Hubert, was particularly interested by Gogir\u2019s overall full-service capabilities. Being able to tap into great management and leasing expertise, as well as having access to experienced resources in legal, marketing, HR and other matters, will allow them to focus on other aspects of the industry. There are a few vacant spaces in the complex that will need to be upgraded before being put back on the market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The fourth mandate involves a Gatineau office building. In this case, Cogir will oversee operations and handle the short-term leasing of a few areas that are currently vacant .<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The team is quite excited by these new challenges and looks forward to helping other real estate owners to get through these exceptional times that we have just experienced.
