In the newly created role of Managing Partner, Ontario and Western Canada, Warren will bring leadership and expertise outside the Province of Quebec, and drive efforts to further scale the firm\u2019s management and investment platforms in Ontario and Western Canada.\u00a0 Warren will also concentrate on further developing and realizing the environmental, social and governance aspects of COGIR\u2019s business strategy.<\/p>\n

Warren joins COGIR from a major Canadian Life Insurance company, where he enjoyed a lengthy career as a real estate investment executive with broad responsibility for investment, asset management and development activities.\u00a0 Warren\u2019s track record is characterized by portfolio growth, top-quartile investment returns and socially conscious investing, and his tenure with the life insurance company was notable for extensive transactional experience ($2B+ in completed deals) and leadership of a large portfolio.<\/p>\n
