On Wednesday, April\u00a09, the mayor of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Mr.\u00a0Ludovic Gris\u00e9 Farand, along with city councillors Louise Mercier (district 5 \u2013 Des vergers), Nancy Cormier (district 4 \u2013 De l\u2019ancienne gare), Louise Dion (district 1 \u2013 Des explorateurs) and H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Ringuet (district 6 \u2013 De la montagne) were joined by Mr.\u00a0Mathieu Duguay, Cogir Real Estate\u2019s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer and Mr.\u00a0Raymond Par\u00e9, Cogir\u2019s President and partner, Development and Construction Division for the official groundbreaking ceremony launching the construction of the Affiniti ecodistricts\u2019s first buildings that will be rising in the Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville\u2019s Promenade District.<\/p>\n
This unique 17-building project will be carried out in four (4) phases. In addition to the completed project\u2019s 3,000 contemporary living environments, Affiniti will stand out with its many green areas and its exceptional meeting places that will promote human interaction and connection. Everything will be there to make this a lively neighbourhood where life is good, from the magnificent plaza at the project\u2019s core to the many varied businesses it will encompass.
